Eligibility

Who May Use 88fb8

Access to and use of 88fb8 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that:

All financial transactions on 88fb8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 88fb8, however payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own per-transaction limits.

• 88fb8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts in another person's name will be returned and may trigger a fraud review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your 88fb8 account. 88fb8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC verification if you have not previously completed the verification process, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds the threshold that triggers an additional review. In such cases, 88fb8 will contact you to request the necessary documentation.
• 88fb8 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees. 88fb8 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Prohibited Conduct

Activities That Are Strictly Forbidden on 88fb8

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88fb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation:

• Fraud and money laundering. Using 88fb8 to process the proceeds of crime, to launder money, or to engage in any form of financial fraud is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, sharing payment accounts with another player to exploit referral bonuses, using third-party services to meet wagering requirements, or any other strategy that exploits a promotional offer in bad faith.
• Collusion and match-fixing. Any attempt to collude with other players, to fix the outcome of a game or sporting event, or to gain an unfair advantage through coordination with other participants is strictly prohibited.
• Use of automated tools. Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform is prohibited. All activity on the platform must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider after making a deposit on 88fb8 is considered fraudulent conduct. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the amount of the chargeback will be treated as a debt owed to 88fb8.
• Offensive conduct. Using the platform's chat features, customer support channels, or any other communication facility provided by 88fb8 to send abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise offensive messages is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 88fb8 may take immediate action including account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, voiding of bonus winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

General Provisions

Intellectual Property, Liability and Governing Provisions

All content on the 88fb8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of 88fb8 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 88fb8 content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88fb8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruptions to service. 88fb8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online platforms serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute between you and 88fb8 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be submitted to our formal dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from our support team.
